Tokarchuk Joins Terriers in Marketing Role

The Yorkton Terriers are happy to announce that Calvin Tokarchuk has joined the Staff for the upcoming 2023-24 campaign. Tokarchuk takes over as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations manager. The role became vacant when Grayson Neufeld took an Assistant Coaching job with the MJHL’s Waywayseecappo Wolverines.

Tokarchuk, a Yorkton native, says working with a Junior Hockey club with such a rich history is an honour.

“I’m honoured to have the opportunity to add to the history and passion of the Yorkton Terriers.

Terriers President Corvyn Neufeld and the Board Members are excited to see what Tokarchuk can bring this upcoming season.

“We were very impressed with Calvin’s energy and enthusiasm toward the Terriers,” said Neufeld. “He’s a creative thinker, and I think our fans will see that in the promotions we’ll run and in a more exciting game day experience,” added Neufeld.

Calvin has had experience working in the Radio industry, spending time in Brandon, MB, working for CKLQ and StarFM. He also worked in Yorkton at GX94 with FOX FM.

One of Tokarchuk’s goals is to bring the community together.

“Adding a unique entertainment outing for fans of all ages is important, and also respecting our history and meshing it with the future that the game experience is moving towards. My goal is to bring our team and fans closer than ever,” said Tokarchuk.
