The Yorkton Terriers will look to turn the page tonight as they aim for a better result on home ice against the Melfort Mustangs.
Last night at the Northern Lights Palace, the Terriers battled back from a two-goal deficit to take 3–2 and 4–3 leads, but ultimately fell 5–4 after the Mustangs scored twice in the third period to reclaim the lead for good.
Jye Zawatsky continued his strong start to the season, scoring twice in the loss to bring his point total to 11 — tied for seventh in league scoring.
Alexandro Montoya made his third consecutive start in goal, turning aside 30 shots in defeat.
Puck drop from Westland Arena is set for 7:00 PM.
