Terriers Bring in 20 Year Old Forward

The Terriers have announced that they have acquired Tommy Chunchukov (03′) from the Amarillo Wranglers of the North American Hockey League for a Player Development Fee.

The 6’1 Tenneesse product brings lots of experience to the forward group, with 100 NAHL games under his belt.

Last was his most productive season, with 14 points in 23 games.

Head Coach and General Manager Emery Olauson discusses what Tommy can bring to the Terriers.

We are very excited to add the grit, physicality and experience that Tommy brings to this group,” said Olauson. “100 games in junior are hard to achieve, and this will be a valuable addition for the second half as we continue our push for the playoffs, added Olasuson.

Chunchukov will wear #18 for the Terriers.
