Petruic Scores 50th Goal of 2019-2020 Season

Petruic is having himself some kind of season. The Terriers played a home and home against the Humboldt Broncos on the weekend. Those games featured some high scoring battles which saw the goal totals at 24 between the two clubs. Friday’s game featured a dramatic back and forth battle where Petruic ended up with the game’s first star. Petruic scored 2 goals and chipped in 5 assists for a 7 point night. Petruic then took his 48 goal total into Saturday night’s game in Humboldt. In another high scoring affair at the Elgar Petersen Arena, Petruic found himself with another multi-point game (2 goals, 1 assist) for three points on the night. His second of the night came with 3 seconds left in the game to make it number 50 on the year. Petruic now sits at 50 goals and 44 assists for a 94 point total on the season. Chantz Petruic is only the 5th Yorkton Terrier to reach the 50 goal milestone in known team history,
