Fresh off an impressive 6-2 victory over the Estevan Bruins in their home opener, the Yorkton Terriers will hit the road for three straight games, beginning tonight in Warman against the Warman Wolverines.
Yorkton’s depth was on full display in Saturday’s season-opening win, with five different players finding the back of the net, led by a two-goal performance from Austin Horbachewsky.
The Terriers found offence in just about every way imaginable. They struck on the power play, added a shorthanded marker, received offence from the blue line and controlled much of the night in front of the Westland Insurance Arena crowd.
Now, the Dogs will look to carry that momentum away from home as they begin their first road swing of the 2026-27 campaign.
Tonight marks the first of four meetings between the Terriers and Wolverines this season. Warman enters the matchup with a 1-1 record after splitting its opening-weekend set with the Humboldt Broncos.
