A west-central Saskatchewan road swing saw the Terriers go 1-1. The Terriers started the trip against the league leading Battlefords North Stars, where it was the Kian Bell show with Fall Rivers, Nova Scotia product scoring five times en route to an 8-2 victory.  Holden Doell and Jake Southgate each had a three point night, while Clay Sleeva and Dylan Ruptash produced a goal and a helper in the loss. Tysen Smith stopped 31 shots in two periods of work, while Caleb Allen made 12 saves in relief.

Yorkton bounced back in a huge way the next night against the Kindersley Klippers. The Terriers found themselves down 2-1 after the first period and 3-2 after the second, but scored three goals in less than 90 seconds to power themselves towards a 5-4 victory, snapping a six game losing streak. Maddux Nollski, Cohner Saleski, Karsten Kruska, Dylan Ruptash and Greg Nelson had the markers for Yorkton in a game where 10 different Terriers notched a point. Caleb Allen earned his 14th win of the season making 37 saves, while 2022 first round pick Cutter Knight gained some valuable experience by playing both games for the orange and black.

The Terriers will wrap up their four game road trip on Saturday when they take on the Estevan Bruins. The game will be broadcast on the GX 94 alternate stream with the pre-game show starting at 6:50pm and play-play-play kicking off at 7:00pm from Affinity Place.
