The Yorkton Terriers have reached the final stop of their four-game northern road swing, as they visit the North Battleford North Stars tonight.
The Terriers are 1-1 so far on the trip, coming off a strong 6-2 victory Wednesday night in La Ronge, where Jye Zawatsky led the way with a pair of goals and the team got scoring contributions from five different players. The win was a solid bounce-back effort after a tough start to the road stretch in Flin Flon.
Tonight marks the second meeting of the season between Yorkton and North Battleford. The two clubs last faced off on Halloween night at the Gallagher Centre, where the Terriers put together one of their best performances of the year, rolling to a convincing 7-2 victory on home ice.
Yorkton enters the matchup with a 9-7-1 record, sitting third in the Bunge Division, just two points behind the division-leading Weyburn Red Wings.
Puck drop from the Access Communications Centre is set for 7:30 p.m.
