FLIN FLON, MB: The Yorkton Terriers and Flin Flon Bombers are ready to square off in a highly anticipated matchup tonight at the Whitney Forum. The Terriers look to bounce back from a tough overtime loss to Nipawin, while the Bombers aim to extend their six-game winning streak.

Yorkton holds the edge in the season series, having won both previous encounters against Flin Flon. The Terriers secured a dominant 4-1 victory on October 1 and followed it with a 3-0 shutout on October 22.

This stands in stark contrast to last season when Flin Flon swept Yorkton in all six meetings. The Terriers have flipped the script this year, riding strong goaltending and contributions from their top players

Key Players to Watch

Dustin Renas (#7, Forward): Renas has been a consistent force for Yorkton, leading the team in points (27) with 13 goals and 14 assists. He scored in last night’s game against Nipawin and will be looking to carry that momentum into Flin Flon.

Keenan Ingram (#25, Forward): Tied with Renas for the team lead in goals (13), Ingram is a dual threat as both a scorer and playmaker.

Territorial Edge:

The Whitney Forum is a challenging venue for visiting teams. The Bombers feed off their passionate home crowd, and Yorkton will need to manage the atmosphere early to stay composed.
