Red-Hot Terriers Host Bruins

The Yorkton Terriers are rolling.

The Terriers went a perfect 3–0 last week, picking up victories over Estevan, North Battleford, and Nipawin. Those wins vaulted Yorkton into fourth place in the SJHL standings. Zooming out, the success stretches well beyond the three-game streak, as the Dogs have now won 12 of their last 15 games.

SJHL MVP of the Week Callum Creig was outstanding between the pipes, winning all three of his starts. The sophomore netminder continues to build an impressive season for the Orange and Black.

Tonight, the Terriers clash with the Estevan Bruins for the sixth time this season. Yorkton has controlled the season series so far, winning four of the five meetings and outscoring Estevan 21–11, while sitting seven points clear of the Bruins in the standings.

These two clubs will become very familiar with one another in the coming days, as they are set to meet three times over the next 11 days.

Puck drop is set for 7:00 PM at Westland Insurance Arena.
