The Terriers ended the regular season on Sunday night with a 4-2 win on home ice against the visiting Battlefords North Stars.
That capped a terrific regular season, but moreso a dominant season at home, where the Terriers went an almost unheard of 25-1-0-1 at Farrell Agencies Arena.
The blemishes were few (infact two) and far between. Only a 5-3 loss to Estevan on October 30th, and a 4-3 shootout defeat against Humboldt on January 4th prevented a perfect home record. They started the season winning their first 7 at home, lost to Estevan, won 10 in a row at the FAA, and also their final 8, following the SO loss to the Broncos.
That also makes it 19 consecutive games, and almost 4 months without a regulation loss to finish the regular season on home ice.
